Mexican Wedding Cookies

- 2 stick
- soften butter
- 1 c
- sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 2 c
- 1 c
- chopped nuts (i like pecans)
- powdered sugar to coat cookies
1Preheat oven to 350
2Mix all the ingredients with your hand held blender.
3Spoon out the cookie dough, using either a 1 TBSP cookie scooper or a Tablespoon!
4Form your cookies into a ball or the traditional cresent shape.
5Bake on cookie sheets at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
While cookies are still warm, sprinkle powdered sugar over cookies to coat.
