Nice taste (love oatmeal and cinnamon together!) for sugar limited cookie.

Ingredients

1/4 c
butter, softened
1/2 c
oil
1 c
splenda (not baking mix; baking mix contains sugar)

eggs
1 c
flour
1 c
oatmeal
1 tsp
cinnamon
3/8 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 c
buttermilk (or 1/4 cup milk + 1 tsp lemon juice)
1/2 c
semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine butter, oil and Splenda. Add egg and mix well.

In separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Add to egg mix, alternating with buttermilk.

Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet; flatten slightly with a fork. Bake about 10-12 minutes. Move to cooling rack.
