Ingredients For low fat oatmeal raisin cookies

1 craisins

1/4 cwater
-
3egg whites

1 Tbspmolasses

1 csugar

1 cpacked brown sugar

1 1/2 tspvanilla

1 call purpose flour

1/2 cnonfat dry milk powder

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspground cinnamon

2 1/2 cquick cooking oats
How To Make low fat oatmeal raisin cookies

1In a food processor, combine the raisins, water, egg whites, and molasses. Cover and process for 10-15 seconds or until the raisins are finely chopped.

2Transfer to a large bowl. Beat in sugars and vanilla. Combine the flour, milk powder, baking powder, and cinnamon; gradually add to raisin mixture and mix well. Stir in oats.

3Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
