1/2 cbutter, room temperature

3/4 csugar

1 lgegg

1 Tbsp1/2 & 1/2

1 tsplemon peel

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 clemon drop candies, crushed

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make lemon drop cookies

1In a large bowl, cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Beat in the egg, cream & peel. Combine the flour, lemon drops, baking powder & salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture & mix well.

2Drop by rounded tsp 3" apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
