Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
How To Make lemon coconut snickerdoodles

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Beat at low speed until well mixed, 2 to 4 minutes.

Step 2Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
