Ingredients

1 pkg
betty crocker sugar cookie mix
1 Tbsp
all-purpose flour
1/3 c
butter, softened
1
egg
1 jar(s)
betty crocker whipped fluffy white frosting
food coloring
jelly beans

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, stir sugar cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg until dough forms
2Shape dough into 18-24 1-inch balls. Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
3Bake 8 minutes. Edges will be a light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
4Frost cookies. Add coconut to sandwich bag and put 2 drops of food coloring, squeezing and shaking the bag until the color blends all over the coconut.
5Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of coconut onto each cookie. Place 3 jelly beans on top to look like eggs.
