Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Spread into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack before slicing/serving.
To speed up the removal and clean up process, line your pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Be sure to spread batter evenly to prevent over baked corners.
