Ingredients

5 oz
kroger gingersnap cookies crushed
3 Tbsp
cornsyrup
3 oz
rum
1/2 c
powdered sugar

Directions

take a rolling pin and crush gingersnaps in plastic bag, then add rest of ingredients, form into balls, place in tin can, and let sit for 2 days, then enjoy!!

    I tried to triple this recipe with a 1lb (16oz) box of Snaps, 9oz rum, and 1/2c + 1T (9T) syrup. What this made looks like a bowl of runny cake batter. I will get a second box of Snaps and just keep adding cookies till it is mold-able. Don't know what else to do.
