Ingredients
- 12 nilla wafer cookies
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 2 teaspoons water, warm
- 1 - 6 oz packages liberté méditerranée french vanilla yogurt
- 1 - 8 oz packages cool whip free
- GARNISH:

- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
How To Make frozen coffee mousse

Step 1Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake liners. Place 1 nilla wafer in each bottom.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine coffee & water until dissolved.

Step 3In a standing mixer with whisk, combine yogurt & cool whip free (whole container) until thickened & fluffy.

Step 4Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups. Freeze until firm, 5 hours.

Step 5When ready to serve, garnish with a dollop of cool whip free & a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
