In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring at the halfway point. stir until smooth.
Stir in crispy rice cereal until well coated.
Press mixture evenly into a 15 by 10 by 1 inch pan coated with cooking spray.While warm, decorate with individual red, white, and blue candy sprinkles, alternately making stripes ( 1/2 inch apart ) across the top. cool completely.
Using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut into shapes and serve on a wooden stick.
