- egg whites, beaten
- 2/3 c
- 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- 1 small
- package chocolate chips
- 1 c
- nuts, chopped
1FIRST - Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a bowl, put eggs, sugar and baking powder and beat until stiff, like meringue. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
Line cookie sheet with foil. Drop by small teaspoon full.
Put cookies in oven and TURN IT OFF. Forget them. Leave them in the oven for at least 10 hours, but it's best to leave them overnight.
3I'm thinking the options are endless if you added extract or used different types of chips and nuts. Personally, I'm going to try some Orange Chocolate ones.
