Wow, this is one of my favorite recipes that I have found so far. It is so beautiful and yet super easy to make too. What a wonderful dessert to take to a holiday party at Christmas time or even at Thanksgiving. ----- A cross between a cream pie and cheesecake. Even those that are not a fan of eggnog will enjoy this one!

I hope you enjoy.

1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 pkg
(8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
2 c
cold eggnog
1 1/3 c

2 pkg
(3.4 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 tsp
rum extract
3/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
1 c
heavy whipping cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 12 servings.

----Do not use reduced fat eggnog in this recipe.
