Kim's StoryWow, this is one of my favorite recipes that I have found so far. It is so beautiful and yet super easy to make too. What a wonderful dessert to take to a holiday party at Christmas time or even at Thanksgiving.

can (13 1/2 oz.) pirouette cookies
graham cracker crumbs

(8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c
(3.4 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding mix
heavy whipping cream

1Cut each cookie into two 2-1/2-in. sections; set aside. Crush remaining 1-inch pieces. In a small bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, cracker crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan.
2In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggnog, milk, dry pudding mixes, extract and nutmeg until smooth. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Spoon over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Tess, you are so right about the Pirouettes. Love to have them with coffee in the morning and my nephews when they are over beg me to have the cookies in the tin. hehe
