Easy No sugar added Peanut Butter cookies

- peanut butter
- 1 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet. Criss cross with fork dipped in Splenda. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. (watch carefully to avoid over baking.) Allow to cool for a couple of minutes on the baking sheet and then remove to a wire rack to finish cooling.
2You can add sugar free chocolate chips,extra nuts, anything really.
