Ingredients

1 c	Peanut Butter (either creamy or crunchy)
1 c	sugar
1	egg
1 tsp	vanilla (optional but makes it taste better)
3 Tbsp	cocoa powder

Kimberly's Notes:

I tweaked the classic flourless peanut butter cookie recipe, and added chocolate, since I'm a chocoholic. :)

Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix all ingredients until well mixed.

Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork dipped in sugar, making criss cross pattern.

Bake for 10 minutes or until done.
