In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate and bricle chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Use a cookie scoop to measure out your cookies into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let rest in pan for a minute before moving to your cooling area. (I leave on the parchment paper.) Makes 4-5 dozen.
