Crispy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pretzel Cookies

- peanut butter-crunchy or smooth
- 2 c
- milk chocolate chips
- 1 c
- pretzels crushed into tiny pieces
- 3 c
- rice crispy cereal
1In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate and peanut butter. If using a microwave, start by melting for 1 minute, then 30 second inrcriments, careful not to burn chocolate.
2Mix in pretzels and cereal until everything is well coated.
3Line some cookie sheets or pans with wax paper. Drop spoonfuls of mixture and place in fridge until hardened. Once hardened you can transfer into bags or containers. Best if stored in fridge.
