Creamy dark chocolate pastry cookies

- sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz pkg light cream cheese, softened

1Heat oven to 375. Line cookie sheets w/ parchment paper. Unfold 1 sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll out to a 14" x 10" rectangle.
2In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread 1/2 the cream cheese mix over pastry, leaving a 1" border on one long side. Sprinkle w/ 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
3Roll up, starting at long side covered w/ cream cheese. Seal edges w/ a little water. Repeat w/ other pastry sheet. Cut rolls crosswise into 1"-thick slices. Place cut-side down on baking sheets. bake 20-25 mins, or until golden brown.
