2 pkg philidelphia cream cheese
1/2 pkg oreo mint cookies
10 lg full squares chocolate graham crackers

Very easy very good for kids and all will be a crowd pleaser..

 

Directions

1
Crush all of the graham crackers to crumbs place in a bowl and set aside
2
put the cream cheese in a bowl and set aside
3
place the oreo cookies in a baggie and crush
4
pour the crushed oreo cookies into the cream cheese and get you hands dirty dig in good and mix it all up
5
make 1 inch round balls with the cream cheese and oreo mixture roll around in graham cracker crumbs place on plate repeat till all the mixture is gone and balls are made place in frige for 1-2 hours before serving.......

In the picture, it looks like the Oreo cookies are on the outside. Should you put the graham crackers with the cream cheese, then roll in Oreo cookies? This sounds yummy and I'd like to try it, so want to make sure this wasn't a mix up.

nope it is right you mix the crushed mint oreo cookies with the cream cheese and make little 1in balls and roll them in crush chocolate graham cracker crumbs...let me know what you think

Oh they are scrumptious! Made them this morning...I wanted to "test" them for little Thanksgiving nibblers *grin* Definitely a keeper!!

I say roll the whole thing in dark chocolate and you got the perfect dessert!!! (Gonna make these after to I go to the store and buy some mint oreos. MMMMMM!)

yes or other wise you will have a gooey mess and it adds more flavor

Thanks Tiffany. Took me a while to get back to you since I had to make a Thanksgiving dinner at our house! I may have to come up with another coating since I'm not real crazy about the chocolate graham crackers.

Do these oreo balls have to be refrigerated after they are made since they have cream cheese in them or can they be stored on the counter?
I dipped mine in white chocolate or almond bark and they are delicious but need to know about refrigeration.
