Cream Cheese Cookies
I have made these numerous times and have shared the recipes every time people have begged..lol
These are thin cookies and very rich. I find it unusual they don't have eggs in them. I use my scooper to place them on my cookie sheets. Hope everyone enjoys them and I know Sandy is smiling.
I have also crushed up oreo cookies and rolled the cookie balls in them before baking.. was very good also

1Place cream cheese and butter in a large bowl and mix with a mixer. Add sugar mix well. Add flour, vanilla and last pecans.
2I use a small scoop and drop onto a ungreased baking sheet. These will spread so leave enough room.The recipe calls for 350 degrees at 10 minutes but I find 12 minutes is perfect. Let cool just a few minutes and remove from pan while barely warm.
This makes about 55 cookies.
