Cranberry-Cashew Drop Cookies

all purpose flour
white chocolate baking chips, 10-12 oz.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in chips, cashews, and cranberries.
Drop by rounded taplespoons about two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
