Coconut Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
1 1/2 c
dark brown sugar
2 stick
butter, room temperature
2 large
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 tsp
coconut extract
12 oz
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c
sweetened flaked coconut
4 1/2 oz
container of macadamia nuts roughly chopped


1Preheat oven to 325

2In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt mix with fork to combine.

3In a large bowl blend together sugar and butter until mixed (about 3-5 minutes)

4Add eggs one a time mixing after each addition, add vanilla and coconut extracts and mix

5Add flour mixture in 3 steps, mixing to combine in between each addition

6Add in flaked coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips and mix in by hand until well incorporated

7Drop tablespoond of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart

8Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes until golden
