Ingredients For chocolate stars

1 1/2 cups sifted flour

1 1/2 cups grated almonds

1 tsp. grated lemon rind

1 cup butter (not margarine)

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 egg yolks
-
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
How To Make chocolate stars

1Mix flour and nutmeats, and lemon rind. Cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy.

2Add well beaten egg yolks and chocolate and mix well. Add flour mixture, mixing well. Roll on floured board 1/8 inch thick. Using a star cutter cut cookies. Bake on greased cookie sheet in 350 oven for about 8 minutes. My Old Recipes
