Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars

|1 1/3 cups||flour|
|2 Tbl.||packed light brown sugar|
|1||stick cold butter, cut up|
|1/2 cup||light corn syrup|
|1/2 cup||packed light brown sugar|
|1/4 cup||baking cocoa|
|2 Tbl.||butter, melted|
|1 cup||coarsely chopped pecans|

DirectionsHeat oven to 350. In large bowl, whisk together flour and the 2 Tbl. brown sugar til well mixed. With pastry blender, cut in butter til coarse crumbs. Press onto bottom and about 1" up sides of ungreased 9" square pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. With back of spoon, lightly press crust into corners and against sides of pan. In small bowl, lightly beat eggs, corn syrup, remaining brown sugar, cocoa, 2 Tbl. butter, vanilla and salt until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture over warm crust. Continue baking 25 minutes or until pecan filling is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle heavily to moderately with powdered sugar. Cut into bars or small squares.
