In a bowl put the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat the white sugar, the brown sugar and the vegetable oil. Add the eggs and vanilla...beat a little more.Add the dry ingredients and mix. Add your chocolate and peanut butter chips.(I use cookie dough hooks after I add them)
Scoop cookies onto a cookie sheet. I use a medium size cookie scoop. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets.When I take them out of the oven I let them cool on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before I put them on wire racks.
