Chocolate Chip Chunk Cookies

Its storming outside and its time for some comfort sweets! These chocolate Chunk cookies will melt in
you mouth. With this basic dough you can change the
ingredients to you liking. Add or take away, it doesn't matter. They will melt in your mouth and all you'll want is more.

1/2 stick
butter, room temperature
1/3 c
sugar plus
1/3 c
packed brown sugar
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
butter, extract
1 large
1 c
plus 2 tblsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
cream of tarter
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 c
or 6 oz. dark chocolate chunks
1/2 c
white chocolate chips (opt.)
1/4 c
heath-bits o` brickle
may add nuts if you prefer-i didn't


1Preheat you oven to 375ยบ
2In a large mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the vanilla and butter extract along with the egg to the butter mixture and combine until creamy.
3In another bowl combine the dry ingredients and still well. Now add to the butter mixture and combine well. Now add the chips and mix well.
4Place parchment paper on you cookie sheet. Now use a two tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop out the dough onto the parchment paper. Place 2 in. apart.
Bake for 10 minutes. NO LONGER or they will be crunchy. You want them soft and chewy.
