Chocolate Caramel Bars
all purpose flour
peanut butter, crunchy
light corn syrup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a mixer bowl combine crust ingredients. Beat on low until mixture is crumbly.
Press into greased 9x9 pan. Bake 12 minutes.
3In same bowl combine filling ingredients except coconut and chips. ( walnuts if desired).
4Beat on low until well-mixed. Add coconut and chips, stir well. Pour over hot crust. Bake additional 20 minutes or until filling is set and golden brown.
Cool. Cut into bars.
