Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Where do I start... chocolate, peanut butter and cookie dough? Yummm! This was a hit in the Test Kitchen. Cookie dough lovers will literally "eat" this one up. One impressive - and easy! - dessert.

Ingredients

1 stick
butter, softened
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
brown sugar, packed
2
eggs, beaten
1/2 c
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 c
chocolate chips
1/2 c
peanut butter chips
1
frozen pie crust

Step-By-Step

1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
2Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Then, fold in flour.
3Fold chocolate and peanut butter chips into batter and bake for 45 – 60 minutes until top of pie is golden brown.
4I baked mine for exactly 45 minutes to leave the inside with a cookie dough-like texture. I suggest you do the same if you want to experience HEAVEN!
