Ingredients

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick Margarine
4 Eggs
1 Cream Cheese (block or 1 pkg)
1 box Confectioned Sugar
Pinched by sweetkneads, and 25 more.
Lightly Salted
Horn Lake, MS (pop. 26,066)

This is a very easy and delicious dessert.

 

Directions

In a bowl mix add your cake mix, margarine (soften), and 1 egg then mix together.

Press the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.

Mix the rest of the ingredients, the cream cheese and confectioned sugar and pour on top of the 1st mixture (cake mix, margarine, & egg).

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes.

Shun, How are you mixing the cream cheese and confectioner sugar.Does the amount of sugar make it too sweet? This sounds great.

I have made these before but used 1 stick butter with the confectioners sugar and cream cheese. I added some chocolate chips in it and some chopped pecans in the crust. It came out fantastic. atssealocn

I mix the cream cheese and confectioner sugar in after the others and yes it is very sweet, so you can adjust to your taste.
