- firm bananas
- 2 tsp
- lemon juice
- 1 can(s)
- 1lb / 5 oz, cherry pie filling
- soft, macaroon cookies, broken into coarse crumbs (1/2 cup)
- vanilla ice cream
1Peel bananas and cut into thirds.
Place in a 10x6x2 glass baking dish. Stir lemon juice into pie filing; spoon over bananas.
2Cook uncovered, in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Stir to coat bananas.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs atop.
3Micro cook uncovered about 2 minutes, or until heated through.
4Serve with ice cream.
