These Taste Just LIke Cheese Cakes, but cut into Very Rich Bars.

Ingredients

TASTES JUST LIKE RICH CHEESECAKE BARS
1
favorite sugar cookie recipe, or 1 (17.5 oz) pkg sugar cookie mix in a pouch, by betty crocker
1 sm box
(4 serving size) french vanilla instant pudding
2 Tbsp
brn sugar ( packed)
1 stick
melted butter= 1/2 cup
3 tsp
vanilla extract
2
2 eggs + plus 3 yolks
2 pkg
(8oz) cream cheese @ room temp.
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
white granulated sugar
2/3 c
optional: toffee bits, ( pulverized in a blender or food processor)
SO GOOD, YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY THESE. . . .ENJOY

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat Oven @ 350
Spray 9 X 13 baking pan with cooking spray

In Med. bowl mix, cookie mix
Pudding Mix
Brn Sugar,&
Melted Butter, together.
Add; 1 Tsp vanilla, and 1 egg, blend with a spoon.
When dough begins to come together, Use your hands to Knead the dough then form into a ball.

Press dough into your Baking dish, and slightly up the sides

In another Large Bowl, using your Mixer,
Beat @ Room temp. Cream cheese, Sugar, Sour Cream, and the remaining egg and 3 Yolks,
add 2 tsp vanilla, Beat Until Smooth and creamy.

Spread this cream cheese Mixture over top of the Cookie Dough in your pan.
BAKE 25-30 min. til center is set.

While bars are Baking;
Pulverize the toffee Bits in Blender,
Sprinkle Immediately over Dish as removed from the Oven and still Hot.

Let Cool . . 30-45 min
Cover then place in refer at least 3 hrs or Over Night.
Cut into 2-3 inch bars to serve.
Very Rich and OH MY GOODNESS BARS!!!
Keep refrigerated.

Hope I do not come off rude,but first I will say I am a very blunt person. I do not like the give n go dog pony thing don't like bs rather be honest straight to the point. Has anyone here actually made this? You got fans followers i understand that's great but all comments are people saying hey looks great hey look amazing omg you did it again n i can make a burger that from look alone make you wet yourself but can taste like crap i love cheesecake make all kinds never cheese cake and sugar cookie though so I just got back home and your photo is what made me sign up my lady has this thing at church where every 3rd sunday everyone bring something to eat pot luck something anyway i kind of have to go so things in ny are very expensive milk 6.00 so before i spend 20.00 n mind you this is low end store brand stuff has anyone made this recipe ? i would like to make this for her church it looks easy.

I think it means 2-8oz pkgs.

I have a question that I am slightly embarrassed to ask. The recipe says 2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) Does that mean that the two pkgs will total 8 oz., or 2 pkgs that are 8 oz. each? These sound wonderful & I am anxious to try them.

I have made these several times before and they are awesome. Don't be afraid to "tweek" it a bit. I made this a few weeks ago with chocolate cookie mix and chocolate pudding. Good way to get something awesome to become awesome-er!!
