sweetened condensed milk
Make 2 pans of rice crispy bars. Set aside. Melt 1 bag kraft caramels and can of sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
Pour melted caramel mixture of 1 pan of rice crispy bars then flip second pan of rice crispy bars on top.
Refrigerate until caramel is set. About 1/2 hour.
