Cake mix cookies

Amanda Workman

This recipe is actually on the Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix. I decided to try it because it seemed so easy, and they were a big hit with my family! You can use any flavor of mix, but the funfetti ones taste great!

*****Make sure you do use Pillsbury cake mix. The mix to oil ratio for other brands are not the same!!*****

1 box
pillsbury cake mix
1/3 c
vegetable oil
large eggs
1/2 can(s)
cake frosting (optional)

1Preheat oven to 375. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in large bowl. Stir with spoon until mixture is completely moistened.
2Shape dough into small balls, and place about an inch apart on cookie sheets. (wrapping tin foil on cookie sheets makes clean up a breeze, and they don't stick, either!)
3Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes or until edges are a light golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute and remove from cookie sheet.
4Spread frosting over warm cookies. Let frosting set before storing.
