1 1/4 csugar

3/4 clight brown sugar, packed

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cpecans, chopped

1/2 csweetened flaked coconut

1 lgegg

1 1 /2 tspcinnamon, ground

1 tsppumpkin pie spice

1 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspsalt

1 cbuttermilk
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
- GLAZE:

1 3/4 cconfectioners' sugar

2 - 2 1/2 Tbspbuttermilk

2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tsplight corn syrup
How To Make buttermilk cinnamon bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9" baking pan with cooking spray. Beat flour, sugar & brown sugar in a large bowl at medium speed 30 seconds or until blended. Add butter; beat 1 minute or until combined.

2Place 2 C of the flour mixture in medium bowl; stir in pecans & coconut. Press into bottom of pan.

3Add egg, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, soda & salt to remaining flour mixture; beat at medium speed 15 seconds or until combined. At low speed, beat in 1 C buttermilk & 1 tsp vanilla 30 seconds or until combined. Pour over crust.

4Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean & top springs back when gently pressed. Cool in pan on wire rack 30 minutes.

5Meanwhile, beat glaze ingredients together in medium bowl at medium speed until smooth, adding additional buttermilk if necessary for desired glaze consistance. Drizzle glaze over bars; let stand until set & enjoy!
