Ingredients For butterfinger oatmeal cookies

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1/2 cdark brown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 csugar

1 x lgegg
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

3/4 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcinnamon, ground
-
1 1/2 cold fashioned oats
-
butterfinger candy bars (mini's or snack pack, cut in 1/2)
How To Make butterfinger oatmeal cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar & sugar together. Beat in the egg & vanilla.

3In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon & oats. Add the dry ingredients into the wet & mix just to combine. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Press Butterfingers into cookie dough. NOTE: If using Mini's - leave whole & if using Snack Pack - freeze about 2 - 3 hours & cut in 1/2 when needed.

4Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven & let cool 1 minute, place cookies on a wire rack & cool completely.
