5 cbutter, softened

11 csugar

12eggs

1 cmaple syrup

1 qtmilk

1/4 cvanilla

12 cquick cooking oats

21 call purpose flour

1/4 cbaking powder

1/4 cbaking soda

2 tspsalt

2 pkg11 ounces each butterscotch chips
How To Make bushel of cookies

1Grind or finely chop raisins and pecans; set aside. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, a few at a time, mixing well after each. Add syrup, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and pecans. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into oat mixture. Fold in chips. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

2Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
