- COOKIES:

1 pkgchocolate chips cookie mix

1/2 cbutter, room temperature
-
1 x lgegg

2 Tbspbeer

2 cmini pretzels twists, broken coarsely
- FROSTING:

1/2 cwhipping cream
-
2 stickbutter
-
5 ozsemi-sweet mini chocloate chips

2 Tbspbeer
- TOPPING:
-
24mini pretzel twists
How To Make beer & pretzels chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2COOKIES: In a large bowl, add cookie ingredients (except broken pretzels); mix well until soft dough forms. Mix in broken pretzels.

3On ungreased cookie sheet, drop by rounded tbsp 2" apart. Bake 9 - 11 minutes. Cool 1 minute. Move to cooling rack to cool completely.

4FROSTING: In 1 qt saucepan, heat whipping cream & butter to just boiling over medium heat. Remove from heat & add chocolate; stir until smooth. Add beer & stir to combine. Pour into bowl & refrigerate 1 - 2 hours.

5Spread about 2 tsp onto each cookie & top off with a pretzel twist. Store loosely.
