This cookie evolved through a friend that loved macadamia nuts. so, for a surprise at christmas I made these cookies for her, wrapped each one idividually in saran wrap and tied each and every one with christmas ribbon. she was delighted with the gift.
This is one of four cookies that I
do this with at christmas time, putting some of each kind on the platter or in a basket. It is as much fun for me to do as it is to give. The liquors give them a little extra something. I hope you enjoy them as much as Ann- Harrison does.

These cookies would be great for a "throw down" with Mrs. Fields! They're extra sweet - thanks to the yummy added ingredients. We can't wait to try them with semi-sweet chocolate chips too!
