|1/2 c||peanut butter|
|1/2 c||brown sugar, firmly packed|
|1 large||egg, beaten|
|1 1/2 tsp||milk|
|1/4 tsp||baking soda|
combine crisco, peanut butter & salt. Mix well. Gradually add both sugars, Cream well after each addition. Add egg & milk. Mix well.
Sift together flour & baking soda then blend with first mixture. Roll into balls about 3/4 inches in diameter or so. place on cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten.
Bake @ 325 for 12 minutes.
