Ingredients

1 c peanut butter
1 can(s) (14 oz) sweetened consensed milk
2 c original bisquick mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp sugar

My whole family loves these cookies. I'm always looking for different cookie recipes. I bake a lot at Xmas time. Enjoy !!! Hope you like them.

 

Directions

Heat oven to 375 . In large bowl, mix peanut butter and milk until smooth. Stir in Bisquick mix and add vanilla until blended.

Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll tops in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls sugar sides up, 2 inches apart. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar.

Bake 7-9 minutes or until centers are set and bottoms are a light golden brown. Do not overbake. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool for 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies

they are great cookies buy they do not need to be in there for 7to9 min we put them in for 5 mins

Stirring in the bisquick took real muscle power! Also, they were definitely not "chewy" but baked up like regular peanut butter cookies.
