White Chocolate Sauce

- 1/4 pt
- (2/3 cup) heavy cream
- 5 oz
- white chocolate, broken into squares
- 2 Tbsp
- brandy or cointreau
1Heat the cream in a pan over a low heat until almost boiling.
2Stir in the chocolate, a few squares at a time, until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the brancy or Cointreau just before serving.
1) White Mocha Sauce: Stir in 2 T. strong black coffee just before serving.
2) Coconut Chocolate Cream Sauce: Stir in 3 T. powdered or liquid coconut cream before serving.
