ghirardelli brownie mix (triple fudge)*
reeses' minature peanut butter cups
1Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
*The Triple Fudge mix calls for 1 egg, 1/4 cup oil, and 1/4 cup oil. Your mix of choice may vary ingredients needed.
2Prepare muffin pan with Reynolds baking cups. Fill each cup 1/2 full with brownie mixture.
3Bake for 20 minutes @ 350 degrees. Brownie cups will rise to almost full. Unwrap peanut butter cups while brownie cups bake.
4Remove brownie cups from oven. Immediately place one peanut butter cup in center of each brownie cup.
5Remove from baking pan, and place in container. Allow to cool. Cover and refrigerate. May be served cool, or warmed with vanilla ice cream.
