2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
1 pkg (8 oz.) neufchâtel (light cream cheese), softened
1/2 c powdered sugar
15 large strawberries, hulled and tops trimmed level
1/3 c seedless raspberry jam
1 3/4 c frozen whipped topping, thawed

It is sooo good. I can't believe I forgot to make it this summer! My hubby isn't big into chocolate (I know, what was I thinking....) so it is on my list next time I find GOOD strawberries.
