This is the moistest brownie recipe! Compliments abound when it is served.

Ingredients

1 stick
butter (8 tblspns)
4 oz
un-sweet chocolate squares
1-3/4 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 large
eggs
1 c
all purpose flour
1 c
chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Step-By-Step

1Oven 350*, rack centered
2Melt butter over low heat.
3Turn off heat, add chocolate and stir occasionally until melted and combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
4Stir in sugar and salt.
5Add vanilla and eggs, one at time, mixing well after each addition.
6Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
7Fold in nuts.
8Pour into 8 x 8 lightly greased, non-stick pan (or foil lined.) Bake 30-35 minutes.
