|9 oz||bittersweet chocolate, or semisweet choc.|
|1 c||heavy cream|
|1 Tbsp||dark rum|

DirectionsChop chocolate and set aside.In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring heavy cream to a boil. Be careful not to scorch it! Once boiling, pour over the chocolate stirring until smooth.Add the rum and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly before using on cakes, or other goodies.
