Ingredients

9 oz
bittersweet chocolate, or semisweet choc.
1 c
heavy cream
1 Tbsp
dark rum

Step-By-Step

1Chop chocolate and set aside.
2In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring heavy cream to a boil. Be careful not to scorch it! Once boiling, pour over the chocolate stirring until smooth.
3Add the rum and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly before using on cakes, or other goodies.
