Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced fat creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups oats, regular
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
How To Make peanut butter chocolate granola bars

Step 1In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, honey, egg, oil & vanilla until blended. Combine the oats, brown sugar & salt; add to the peanut butter mixture & mix well. Stir in chips. (Batter will be sticky.)

Step 2Transfer to a 13" x 9" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 - 15 minutes or until set & edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
