1Mix cream cheese and 3 cups of oreao crumbs until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. dip into melted chocolate; place on wax paper on a cookie sheet. sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour. store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
2To melt choclate palace squares into a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high 2-1/2 min stirring every 30 sec.then dip truffles.
3to easily coat truffles with melted chocolate, add truffles in batches to the bowl of melted chocolate. use a fork to roll truffles in chocolate until evenly coated. remove with fork and and let excess drip off and place on wax paper.
