No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

peanut butter, smooth or (my favorite) crunchy
In a large saucepan, bring sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and salt to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, as mixture simmers, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until it melts. Then stir in oatmeal.
Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper or aluminum foil and let cool completely.
Store in airtight container for up to a week.
