My sister-in-law, who was doing WW. Brought this to a family dinner. Even though it was WW it was a big hit with everyone. 1 sq. Counts 3 pt. on WW. Try it even if you are not doing WW. You will find it very good.

pinch tips: How to Skin Carrots, Potatoes and Apples


1/2 gal
no sugar vanilla ice cream
1 small
carton cool whip
1/2 c
crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbsp
sugar free caramel syrup
1 pkg
(large) sugar free chocolate pudding (dry)

Directions Step-By-Step

Allow ice cream to soften. Mix all of the above ingredients with softened ice cream. Pour into a 9x13 pyrex dish and freeze.
Makes 30 squares. 3 points each

That sounds so good and I have put this in my recipe box. I will share this with my daughters as well.. As they like to have sweets but want a slim figure! LOL

I will try this. My sister in law is in weight watchers and I will make this the next time she visits. Looks good.

Sounds yummy! Do you have to use fat free cool whip and reduced fat peanut butter?

I suppose if you are not doing WW.It wouldn't matter.

@ Allison: No, you don't have to use fat free ingredients if you aren't watching your weight. For those of us on Weight Watchers, the fat free ingredients help keep the points down as we are only allowed 29 points a day.
