no sugar vanilla ice cream
carton cool whip
crunchy peanut butter
sugar free caramel syrup
(large) sugar free chocolate pudding (dry)
1Allow ice cream to soften. Mix all of the above ingredients with softened ice cream. Pour into a 9x13 pyrex dish and freeze.
2Makes 30 squares. 3 points each

@ Allison: No, you don't have to use fat free ingredients if you aren't watching your weight. For those of us on Weight Watchers, the fat free ingredients help keep the points down as we are only allowed 29 points a day.
