Hot chocolate pudding - Atole de Chocolate

- 3 Tbsp
- maizena (corn starch)
- 1 pinch
- 2 Tbsp
- powdered chocolate of choice (i use ovaltine)
- sugar to taste
1Bring 4 cups of milk to a boil.
2Meanwhile, dissolve the corn starch in the 1/2 cup of cold milk left over.
3Stir in the cold mixture, chocolate and sugar with the boiling milk and boil for about 2 minutes, stir constantly.
